For a family or a large party, a stay at Casa Linda will usually work out to be much more economical, comfortable, and functional than a hotel or a resort.

Casa Linda's nightly rental rates are:

High season (January - April) $479 / night
Low season (May - December) $389 / night

The weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years have a higher rate; please inquire.  We often stay in the house ourselves over the Christmas holidays, so availability may be limited.

In addition, we will collect a 12% accommodation tax required by the Mexican government.

We require a $500 security deposit, which is fully refundable at the end of your stay providing no damage is reported or observed by our property management staff.

We can accept payment by PayPal, where we have a verified account.

Because we lock in your reservation, cancellations are very expensive for us.  As a result, our payment policy is fairly strict.  We hope you understand our need to have your commitment so that we can plan availability.

Securing a reservation requires a 50% deposit of the rental amount for the stay.  The balance of the rent, 12% tax, and security deposit are due 45 prior to arrival.  So, if you make a reservation within 45 days of your trip, you'll need to prepay the entire amount.

If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival, 50% of the initial deposit will be refunded.  We reserve the right to not refund any of the rental fees if the cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival.  (Tax and security deposit are fully refundable regardless of time of cancellation.)

You may want to consider travel insurance.  The site www.insuremytrip.com has good information on available policies.  Note that many of the plans DO NOT cover you if you simply change your mind about your trip, or have a work-related conflict -- they often only provide reimbursement for acts of God or deaths in the family.  Shop carefully.
