Why lug your dive gear to the dock in town when you can be picked up by your dive boat at a pier 100 yards from your door?

From Casa Linda's tile porch, a short walk beside a tropical garden takes you past the pool to the white sandy beach. This is one of the few places on the western shore of Cozumel where the sand meets the water without intervening rocks.  A small rock breaker just offshore creates a unique ocean pool for the kids.

Glass and French doors along the entire front of this home offer marvelous views of the Caribbean Sea from almost every room ― and from the tub in the master bath!  The western exposure reveals spectacular sunsets.

Four large bedrooms, all with private baths, comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests.

Hammocks hang in the shade of a palapa on Casa Linda’s large terrace, which is an ideal place for your afternoon siesta.  Relax, breath in the Caribbean air, and watch the sun set while enjoying an evening meal at the outdoor dining table.  BBQ some hamburgers, listen to some tunes, and watch the boats sail by. There is even room to dance. There is an outdoor sink and counter and a half-bath for your convenience.  Loungers await for the sun bathers.

Had enough heat for the day?  Casa Linda is fully air-conditioned with fans throughout. Come inside and relax in the living room.  Watch US satellite television, a DVD, or enjoy some music.  If you bring your iPod, plug it into the Bose iPod docking station.  If the kids are restless, let them fire up the Xbox gaming console.

If you love to cook, you’ll have fun in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with a full set of Calphalon cookware and ovenware.  If you don’t want to cook, chef service is available.  They bring the ingredients, prepare and serve a fantastic meal, and clean up afterwards!

Serve your meal at Casa Linda’s beautiful square dining table that comfortably seats 10.   Two additional diners can join you at the bar adjacent to the dinning table.   Enjoy the view of the tropical garden and ocean.  Open up the French doors and let the sea breeze in.

The only room upstairs is the large master bedroom suite.  Get away from all the commotion and enjoy a soak in your private bathtub with a view of the ocean.  Get a cold drink from the bedroom refrigerator.  Hang your clothes in the large walk-in closet.

Two lower bedrooms face the beach, and each has a King bed and private bathroom.  Just open the French doors and walk out on to the patio to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds, a full size futon sofa bed and a private bathroom. An additional half-bath is located off of the living room.

Casa Linda is in the small gated community of Costa del Sol, with 24-hour on-site security and property management.   The house shares the pier, infinity pool, children’s pool, hot tub, beach, and garden with the community.  Staff members are available to assist you at any time.

Casa Linda is located off the Old Coastal Road, eight miles (12.8 km) south of San Miguel.  

Costa Del Sol has foot paths throughout (no roads to cross) and is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and tropical plants.  Parking is available at the site.  The walk from the parking lot is very short to Casa Linda, but you'll still appreciate the available golf carts to transport luggage and dive gear.

The sandy beach at Costa Del Sol is relaxing and peaceful.  Sit under a palapa with a cold drink or enjoy the tropical sun warming your skin. An iguana may join you basking in the sun.  Snorkel or dive right off the beach or pier.  If you’re looking for more action, the San Francisco and Paradise Beach Clubs are just about a mile to the south.  Here you can find a range of water sports, enjoy a drink or lunch at the bar, and people watch.  The island's premiere snorkeling locations, Playa Corona and Dzul Ha, are about a mile to the north. 

Casa Linda is ideal for dive groups.  Some of the best reefs for diving are minutes away from shore.  Dive boats will pick you up directly from the pier.  An outdoor shower provides easy cleanup of your gear.
